[Information Architecture] EE - As a portal admin, I would like to edit the latest version from a workflow, so I can change it's title and/or definitions

    Details

      Description

      Goal:

      • Improve the way users access the workflow suite in a more intuitive and unified way.

      Users:

      • Portal Admin - Workflow Builder

      Benefits:

      • Decrease any confusion caused by a complicated navigation and taxonomy of Workflow apps;
      • Easily find all the Workflow components in Liferay interface (navigation menu);
      • Spare user of performing unnecessary actions and clicks.

      User Story:

      As a portal admin, I would like to edit the latest version from a workflow, so I can change it's title and/or definitions.

      DOD:

      1. Combine all versions of the same workflow ID at the same entry and always show the latest version/edition;
        1. The user can access a previous version through the version history tab, located under the info sidebar;
      2. Each version can have several editions, they can be drafts and/or the published state from that workflow.
        1. The user can navigate on those editions through the management bar, using the previous and next buttons or the select field;
      3. The labels from the table list must show the following information:
        1. Title (must always have one and it is different from the workflow ID);
        2. Version (must indicate a "pure" number, like 1 or 2);
        3. Status (if published can vary from active to inactive / if not published must say "draft");
        4. Last Modified (it will show the date when a draft was saved or, in case there is no draft, when the workflow was published/created);
      4. If I make changes to a draft from a version that has been published and click "publish" or "save draft" buttons, it will create a new version under the same workflow ID;
      5. If I make changes to a draft from a version that has not been published and click the "publish" button, it will update that same version under the same workflow ID;
      6. All editions from a workflow are related to the current version I'm visualizing;
