Search facet configurations do not get applied immediately

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create 2 Web Content Articles containing "Apple" in the title
2. Add page with search bar and results
3. Search for "Apple"
4. Set pagination delta in the search results portlet to 1

Expected Result: Search results pagination delta should immediately change from 20 to 1. Note that this behavior is similar to how other portlets behave. For example, changing the maximum items to display on the blogs portlet immediately changes the maximum blog entries per page.

Actual Result: Search results is empty and user is forced to redo the search.

Tomcat 8.0.32 + MySQL 5.7.17
