Account Settings - Portlet is unavailable error message on save

      Description

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Start up portal
      2. Navigate to My Account > Account Settings
      3. Make an edit
      4. Click Save

      Expected Results: User should be able to save the edits to the Account Settings successfully without errors.

      Actual Results: Error message displays when saving and an NPE is thrown on the console
