When editing a Web Content in a Web Content Display inside a page, it can't be dragging a repeatable field to a position that you need to scrolling up or down with the field selected (e.g. from first to last position).

Description
When creating Web Content with a repeatable field and edit this Web Content adding this field enough times to avoid see all fields at the same time (and a scroll appears), it can't be dragging a field to a position that you need to scrolling up or down with the field selected (e.g. from first to last position).
Steps to reproduce:
- Create Content Structure with a Text Field repeatable.
- Create empty Template for Structure.
- Create Web Content with this Structure and add Text Fields enough to avoid see all fields at the same time (we need to see the scroll when edit the content in a page).
- Go to a page in the portal.
- Add a Web Content Display and configure to show the Content created in step 5.
- Edit Web Content (you shouldn't see all the fields at the same time, we should see the scroll in the modal window)
- Try to drag down a field to a position that you need to scrolling down.
See attached gif file issue-dragging-repeatable-field-web-content.gif for more information.
Expected Behavior:
Drag any item of the repeatable field to any position.
Issue Behavior:
It can't be dragging a field to a position that you need to scrolling up/down
Workaround:
This functionality works well when edit a Web Content through Site Menu > Web Content > Content Menu
