Steps to Reproduce:

1. Add new form
2. Add one of the selection field types:
   • Multiple Selection
   • Select from List
   • Single Selection
3. Set required property for the field
4. Publish form
5. Attempt to submit blank entry for required selection field

Expected Result:
Field is required, user cannot submit a blank entry. User shown validation error for the blank field.

Actual Result:
User can submit blank entry of required field.
