Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to Content > Web Content
2. Click [+] > Basic Web Content
3. Copy into the Title field:

   test
   123
   

Expected Result:
Title name special characters can be pasted completely.

Actual Result:
Title name special characters cannot be pasted completely.
