Cannot highlight source code in content box when cursor clicks and drags

Description

The customer has made a structure with repeatable fields and created a Web Content Article using that sturcture. For text that is added to the content for the repeatable field, when seen in code view, if the cursor clicks and drags over the content box, the content box turns white and the text disappears. The text reappears when the cursor is released. The customer's structure and a video displaying the issue has been attached.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Content --> Web Content and select Options (top right corner) --> Structure
2. Add a structure using the attached structure text file
4. Add a Web Content Article using the structure created
5. Scroll down to the repeatable field, add some text to the content and change to code view
6. Click and drag to highlight the text

Results of Testing

Expected Result: Text is highlighted
Actual Result: Entire Content box turns blank and begins dragging until cursor is released
