cleanServiceBuilder fails if table doesn't exist

Description

  1. Deploy module

  2. Add table to service.xml

  3. Run "gradle cleanServiceBuilder"

  4. Task will fail after database is partially cleaned

  5. Redeploying module or rerunning task will not recover
