    • Type: Bug
    • Status: Closed
    • Resolution: Duplicate
    • Affects Version/s: 7.0.0 DXP SP3, 7.0.0 DXP FP20, 7.0.X EE, Master

When Blog post Content Staging is active, removing a Related Asset Link from a Blog post in Staging a publishing to Live does not cause the Asset Link to be removed from the live post.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Enable Local Live Staging, and turn on Blogs under Staged Content.
      2. Create a Blog post.
      3. Create a second Blog post, and link the first one under Related Assets.
      4. Publish to Live, and verify that the Asset linking appears on Live.
      5. Return to Staging, and remove the link in the options of one of the blog posts.
      6. Publish to Live.

      Expected outcome:

The related asset link between the two posts on live is no longer present.

      Actual outcome:

The related asset link remains on Live, but not on Staging.

Editing the post to link to a different asset merely adds the other asset to the Related Assets of the post, without removing the old, invalid one.

      Reproduced on:
Tomcat 8.0.32 + MySQL 5.7.17. Portal master GIT ID: bf23c69fc2278bfa112b2985419d6d0c7d9a7145.

      Tomcat 8.0.32 + MySQL 5.7.17. Portal ee-7.0.x GIT ID: 8774cf0795e105aa1a7cb191c189349cf4180e5a.
