Whenever a form is published and its URL is showed in the Alert it is not a link

Steps to Reproduce:

• Create a form;
• Add some fields;
• Publish form.

Expected Result:

• After publishing should be displayed a green Alert with a success message and the form public URL as a link; 

Actual Result:

• The form URL appears just as a text.

Reproduced on:

• Master
• Google Chrome Version 58.0.3029.110 (64-bit)
• OS X El Capitan Version 10.11.6 (15G1510)

Also update the error message to: "Published successfully!" rather than "The form was published successfully".
