Description
When having a predefined value for a button select in forms, it is first set when the page loads, but after page load, it disappears.
Steps to reproduce
1. Create a new form
2. Add a Single Selection field and give it a name like "gender"
3. Give it some values to choose from like "Male" "Female" "Horsekin"
4. Scroll down and show more options and go to "Predefined value" and enter "Male"
5. Save the form and add it to a page.
Results of Testing
Actual Result: The pre-defined radio button is selected when the form first loads, then it disappears.
Expected Result: the value selection doesn't disappear.
