Wiki Page import can't update the asset entry if the page is unchanged

Reproductions steps:

 

1. Turn on local staging wit Wiki
2. Create a wiki page
3. Add a random tag to it
4. Publish wiki page
5. Make sure it in on the live with the tag
6. Remove the tag on the staging site
7. publish it again

 The tag is removed from live

 The tag is still there

 

The WPSMDH doesn't update the asset entry when the imported page is already on the target site.
