Users are not able to obtain a global site map for the group

In previous versions users where able to get a global sitemap.xml file when accessing the "domain/sitemap.xml" (localhost:8080/sitemap.xml)

This behaviour was changed in LPS-66285 to improve the performance but users with small site could find useful to use the old approach.

To test it check the differences between the xml in 6.2.x and current master (or the last DXP version)
