Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login with admin user
2. Create a new site "Andi's test site" and add a public page
3. Add Asset Publisher to this page
4. Open Asset Publisher configuration

Result: There is an error message (see attached) in log and you cannot change configuration

7.0.x - reproduced
master - not reproducible

Note: This is not reproducible in master because the bug is caused by LPS-70520, which is a unique fix for ee-7.0.x.
