MB notifications are missing the username after upgrade

Steps to reproduce:

1. Upgrade using attached mysql data dump and skip to step 13
   Otherwise,
2. Start Liferay 6.2 with Notifications deployed
3. AddMessge Boards portlet to page
4. Add new user with Admin role
5. Sign in as new user
6. Subscribe to Message Boards
7. Sign back in as Test
8. Add a Message Boards thread
9. Sign in as new user
10. Go to Notifications
11. Assert Notifications display for the new assets added
12. Shut down Liferay 6.2
13. Execute upgrade to 7.0
14. Start Liferay 7.0
15. Sign in as user added in step 4. Use the following creds if using attached dump:

    username: [e-mail]
    password: test
    

16. Click on the notification count to view notifications

Expected result: Notifications contain the username, asset, and the title of the asset.
Actual result: Notifications for Message Boards are missing the username. 6.2 and 7.0 screenshots are attached.

Tomcat 8.0.32 + MySQL 5.6
