When connected to an Oracle database, we should use ResultSet#getClob rather than ResultSet#getString for clob-type columns

    Details

      Description

      Description
In some cases when using an Oracle database, ResultSet#getString will only return the first 4000 characters of a clob column. When using ResultSet#getClob and then converting the result to a String, all characters will be returned. We should implement a framework to detect if the column is a clob and use ResultSet#getClob instead if so.

      Steps to Reproduce
We have not been able to reproduce this issue on our end. However, we have a client who is able to reproduce this issue consistently. It is likely due to some database configuration that we haven't discovered. Therefore, this issue will not be testable by QA.
