ADDED BY Péter Borkuti: I could not reproduce the issue with these steps, however the same code in export-import module was introduced with LPS-67866, so it must be good to have it also in staging-processes.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1) Publishing > Staging > Enable Local Live > Save
2) Wait two minutes.
3) Home Page > Publishing > Staging > Create new publication
4) Content > Choose Content > Date Range > Publish To Live

EXPECTED RESULTS
The default values are valid for a staging process to begin.
ACTUAL RESULTS
An error notification displays.
