Pressing space bar on the carousel controls will scroll the page down

Steps to reproduce/Testing done

1. Create a carousel based on the steps in LPS-73387
2. Focus on any item in the carousel control menu and press the space bar to stop/start the carousel from playing   **   

Results of Testing
Expected behavior: Pressing spacebar does not scroll down the page and stop/starts the carousel from playing.
Actual behavior: Pressing space bar scrolls down the page and stop/starts the carousel from playing.
