Issue
Cannot filter Asset Publisher by a Tag AND a Category at the same time with Tags Navigation and Categories Navigation portlets.

Steps to reproduce
create a Tag and a category in content
create a web content with the tag and category created
and tag navigation, category navigation and asset publisher to a page
click category
click tag

Expected: both category and tag are selected
Actual: tag replaced category, and only tag is selected
