Goal:

• Improve the way users access the workflow suite in a more intuitive and unified way.

Users:

• Portal Admin - Workflow Builder

Benefits:

• Decrease any confusion caused by a complicated navigation and taxonomy of Workflow apps;
• Easily find all the Workflow components in Liferay interface (navigation menu);
• Spare user of performing unnecessary actions and clicks.

User Story:

As a portal admin, I would like to access all workflow portlets from the control panel section under the same tab.

DOD:

1. Combine all workflow portlets (Workflow Submissions, Workflow Definition, Kaleo Designer and Workflow Configuration) from the control panel in one single section;
2. Combine the portlets "Kaleo Designer" and "Workflow Definition" under the same tab as one single portlet, and rename it as "Workflows";
3. Rename the actual portlet "Workflow Configuration" as "Schemes";
4. Rename the actual portlet "Worfklow Submissions" as "Monitoring";
