Background
In DXP, users can add as many comments as they want/need in Page Comment Portlet and those comments are listed by ascending out of the box.

Issue
The more comments are posted, the more difficult it gets to see newer comments, degrading user experience.

Feature Request
Add the option to sort comments by descending as well, portal-wide and for each particular portlet.
