      Description

It seems logical for notifications to be contained to the sites they were created from. That way a user managing multiple sites can see exactly how many notifications were created from any given site.

      Steps to reproduce:

      Scenario 1:

      1. Start portal
      2. Create a notification by staging a site (or by subscribing to message boards and publishing a new thread)
      3. Create a new site
      4. Navigate to new site

      Expected result:
      New site has no notifications.

      Actual result:
New site has one notification from default Liferay site.

      Scenario 2:

      1. Start portal
      2. Create a new site
      3. Create a notification by staging the site (or by subscribing to message boards and publishing a new thread)
      4. Navigate to default site

      Expected result:
      Default site has no notifications.

      Actual result:
Default site has one notification from the new site.

      Reproduced on:
      Tomcat 8.0.32 + MySQL 5.6.
