Steps to reproduce

1. Start up DXP with de-24
2. Deploy the latest KB portlet
3. In the Default Liferay site, add a basic KB article with an attachment
4. Export KB portlet data and download the .lar file
5. Create a new site
6. Create a basic KB article on the new site
7. Import data to site, use default import settings except for under Update Data, click "Copy as New".
8. Assert import fails and receive NPE in the logs
