Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to SAML Admin
2. Enter Entity ID with more than 1024 characters
3. Save

Expected Result: An error is thrown.

Actual Result: Entity ID saves successfully. This value also appears to be stored correctly in the database.

Reproduced on:
Tomcat 8.0.32 + MySQL 5.7.17
