Note: This issue only affects Master when the Adaptive Media module is disabled.

DESCRIPTION
Customer sees error after importing public pages with custom theme after DB Store is configured.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1) Start a fresh instance of liferay with the following property set: dl.store.impl=com.liferay.portal.store.db.DBStore

1a) If running master, remove all com.liferay.adaptive.media.*.jar files from osgi/modules

2) Create a new site "Export Site".

3) On this site, add a document from Content > Documents and Media.

4) Export the private and public pages as lars. (Control Panel>Export Site>Publishing>export>custom export)

5) Create a new Site "Import Site".

6) Import either the public or private pages.  It should work properly. (Control Panel>Import Site>Publishing>import)

7) Try to import the other lar.

EXPECTED RESULTS
Second lar imports successfully 

ACTUAL RESULTS
Import fails. Error log attached.
