As a portal admin, I would like to filter and order my workflow definitions.

DOD:

1. The columns from the table list must show the following information:
   • Name;
   • Description;
   • Last Modified (it will show the date and username);
2. The filters from the table list are:
   • Filter by: All / Published / Not Published;
   • Order by: Name / Modified date;
