Toggles in Configure of Public Page do not save the change

Step to reproduce:

1. Navigates > Ellipses next to Public Page > Configure > Look and Feel tab

2. Switch "Show Header Search" and "Show Maximize/ Minimize Application Links" toggles to YES

3. Save -> Notification showed "Your request completed successfully. 

Expected Result:

The 2 toggles are at YES position

Actual Result:

The 2 toggles stay at NO position
