A Knowledge Base Article with non alphanumerical characters in the title cannot be published unless theres a custom alphanumerical friendly url. This forces the users to add the friendly url and this should be an optional step, but it shouldn't be mandatory to add the knowledge base article.
Steps to reproduce:
- Add a KBArticle with "あああああ" as title and save
Expected: The article is saved and the portal could generate a valid friendlyURL.
Current: The article is not saved because the friendlyURL is not valid.
The aim of this ticket is not to support non alphanumerical characters in the friendly url, because that would be a new story. The aim of this ticket is to allow users to add knowledge base articles with non alphanumerical characters without forcing them to manually introduced a friendly url.
The friendly url should be automatically created based on the title (unless the friendly url was introduced manually). We might need to change the User Interface to make it more similar to Blogs, where the user can decide whether the friendly url will be automatically or manually generated. The non supported characters should be replaced by "-" as it happens in other apps such as blogs.
