You can't press "save" button of all portlets

You can't press "save" button of all portlets placed on the page with IE11 and Liferay DXP. It's not necessarily to be Announce portlet, but also occurs on any kind of portlets having submit button. It rarely occurs so hard to reproduce, but occurs once in awhile.

Steps to reproduce

1. Start Liferay
2. Login as admin ([email protected])
3. Place announcement portlet on the page
4. Go to Manage Entry
5. Distribution scope to Liferay DXP
6. Press Add Entry
7. Fill out all required fields with texts
8. Press Save button

Actual behavior
You can't press save button.

Expected behavior
You can press save button and save the announcement.
