Hook does not work anymore to update expiry based on journal structure date field

1. Hook AssetEntryLocalService, add the updateEntry method they shared, build and deploy
2. Log in as test
3. Navigate to Site Administration -> Content
4. Create a new Web Content
Checkpoint: Web Content is created with expirydate of January 1, 1970. Also notice the log:

BEFORE UPDATE:
null
AFTER UPDATE:
Thu Jan 01 00:00:00 GMT 1970

5. Edit the Web Content
6. Set the Expiry Date to January 1, 2020
7. Publish
Expected result: The web content should have its expiry date set to 1970
Actual result: The web content's expiry date is 2020.

In the log:

AFTER UPDATE:
Thu Jan 01 00:00:00 GMT 1970
