Some alerts are not dismissible and have no set duration, causing them to remain on the screen even when a user continues performing other actions.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to Documents and Media portlet in Control Panel
2. Add a new folder.
3. Note the success message 'Your request completed successfully.'
4. Using the breadcrumbs portlet right above the new folder, perform some navigation

Expected Results: The success message is either dismissible or has a limited display duration.
Actual Results: The success message remains on the page and is not dismissible.

In DXP and master, these alerts are both dismissible and have a limited display duration.
