Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a web content article titled "foo" to the Liferay site.
2. Create a new site called "Bar".
3. Add a web content article titled "foo" to the Bar site.
4. Add the Search Bar, Search Results, and Site Facet portlets to a page in either site.
5. Configure the Search Bar portlet "Scope" to be "This Site"
6. Search for foo

Expected Result
Only the article in the current site would be shown in the Results and Site Facet portlets.

Actual Result
Both articles are shown in the Results and Site Facet portlets.

Note: The filtering actually does work when Scope is "Let the User Choose" and the user chooses "This Site"
