Steps to reproduce:

1. Enable Token-based SSO
2. Run the following curl:

   curl -H SM_USER:[e-mail] localhost:8080

Expected Result: "Test Test" (the top right bubble) should show up in the result

Actual Result: Token location is blank by default.

Tomcat 8.0.32 + MySQL 5.7.19
