Benefits:

• Allow users to edit the workflow title and or definition name within the same workflow entity;
• Prevent users from mistaken the definition name by the workflow title while interacting with the system UI;

Context:

The workflow will be identified by a numeric ID created by the system and this value won’t be shown at the UI. The ID is unique for each workflow.

DOD:

• The title stands for the workflow title and can be edited;
  • It’s possible to have different workflows with the same title;
• The definition name stands for the xml definition name and can be edited, as well as any other definition values;
  • It’s possible to have definitions with the same name in different workflows;
• At the XML definition file the name, version and description should be optional values as they won’t be used at the UI;
