Steps to reproduce:

1. Add Web Content Search portlet to a page
2. Search for any text with quotes around it, like "tag1"

Expected result:
No pages were found that matched the keywords: "tag1".

Actual result:
No pages were found that matched the keywords: tag1.
The search term is rendered without quotes.
