Steps to reproduce:

1. Deploy the attached theme
2. Log in as Administrator
3. Apply the deployed theme to the page
4. Add a portlet to the page
5. Go to the Look & Feel mode of that portlet

Expected result:

• A modal appears to change options.

Actual result:

• A modal window appears but the loading icon keeps loading forever.
