When downloading a folder from the Documents and Media, the folder is compressed and downloaded.
It uses TrueZip to compress the folder contents into a zip file.
- Unfortunately, TrueZip does not support encoding the filenames into UTF-8.
- If folder names and file names are in Japanese or any other non-ascii language, they are all escaped prior to compressing them.
- This results in a zip file with all of its contents with encoded characters (e.g. %E6%97%A5%E6%9C%AC%E8%AA%9E%E3%83%95%E3%82%A9%E3%83%AB%E3%83%802) which is not human readable, and impacts overall user experience.
Add support for UTF-8 encoding for folder names and filenames when compressing zip files.
