In display pages selection, private pages are displayed in both public and private pages tabs

This issue is only produced in some situations, in case of having a site with both private and public pages.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a site with both public and private pages
2. Add an asset publisher in a private page
3. Go to that private page and click in asset publisher add article functionality
4. Go to Display page section
5. Click Select
   • Expected behavior: public pages are displayed in public pages tab
   • Wrong behavior: private pages are displayed in public pages tab
