It's not possible to turn off text field's autocomplete once it's set

1. Go to Content Forms
2. Add a Form
3. Add a Text Field
4. Set up a manual autocomplete on this field with three options
5. Try to delete the options and assert the first option will always be autocreated

Expected result:
The user should have an option to switch off the autocomplete feature.

Actual result:
The user either keeps one option or set up an autocomplete with dataprovider
