Display contents by descending by default

    Description

      Background
      Currently, Contents in WC, DM and etc.. are displayed by ascending by default.
      While it is good that users can change DESC or ASC by selecting each button easily (See asc_desc_button.png), it will be more intuitive if contents are displayed by descending by default.

      Add an option to set the default sort order in WC, DM and etc.
