Comments field is missing when viewing a Sharepoint document

Steps to reproduce:

1. Set up new Sharepoint connector
2. Navigate into Sharepoint repository
3. Add a new document
4. View document

Expected result:
Comments field appears when viewing document. This is the behavior when viewing a document outside of a repository.

Actual result:
No comment field appears.

Reproduced on:
Tomcat 8.0.32 + MySQL 5.6
