Element has insufficient color contrast when analyze accessibility

      This issue was found by our automation testing Accessibility#ViewDefaultLandingPageAsGuestUser.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Start portal
      2. Navigate to the default landing page at localhost:8080/web/guest (but do not sign in)
      3. Run the page through an accessibility checker

      Expected result:
      The page should pass the accessibility test

      Actual result:
      The following accessibility violations will be found:

      Found 1 accessibility violations:
      1) Elements must have sufficient color contrast: https://dequeuniversity.com/rules/axe/1.1/color-contrast
        a) ["#p_p_id_com_liferay_product_navigation_user_personal_bar_web_portlet_ProductNavigationUserPersonalBarPortlet_ > .sign-in.text-default > .sign-in.text-default"]
          Fix any of the following:
            Element has insufficient color contrast of 2.65 (foreground color: #869cad, background color: #f5f7f8, font size: 12.0pt, font weight: normal)

      I also try to analyze accessibility on my local through aXe plugin of Chrome, I can get the same error message on master and 7.0.x-private. Details please the attachment.
