      3. Add a form and set up e-mail notification to user test@liferay.com
      4. Save and publish form
      5. Add one form entry
      6. Assert you received an e-mail notification and the form in the e-mail links to the right form
      7. Go to Form List
      8. Export the form you created and download the .lar file
      9. Go to Control Panel and add a Site
      10. Import the Form to the new created Site
      11. Add a new entry to this form
      12. Check e-mail notification

      Expected result:
The link in the e-mail should go to the right form.

      Actual result:
The link in the e-mail goes to the wrong form, throwing an "Form is unavailable" message.

      Note:
Reported by Filipe Afonso via e-mail. #formsfeedback
A work around for this is saving the form right after importing it to the new site.
