Web Content Display can't update Template

Reproduction Steps:

1. Go to Control Panel --> Content --> Web Content then from the upper right click the 3 dots and select "Structures". Create 2 structures and for each one, create a template.

2. Create 2 web contents using the 2 created structures.

3. Add a Web Content Display portlet to the page and select the first structure as a content (Note the template that is used for this structure) then save it.

4. From the upper right of the portlet click on the 3 dots and select "Configuration" then click on "Change". Select the second web content and then save.

Actual Result: After changing the web content to the second one, the template of the first content is used and is not changed to the template of the second one.

Expected Result: Second content with its Template should be used.
