Predefined value of the numeric field does not respect field type

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Content > Forms
2. Add a Form
3. Add a numeric field of type decimal
4. Set up a predefined value for this decimal

Expected result:
User can type decimal numbers

Actual result:
When user tries to type a point (.), the point gets deleted.
