Dockbar no longer available after applied hotfix-26241 in IE8. This issue does not happen in IE11, Edge, Chrome and Firefox.

Steps to reproduce

1. Unzip Liferay 6.2 SP20 and apply hotfix-26241
2. Start Liferay
3. Go to http://localhost:8080 through IE8 (8.0.7601.17514)
4. Do the setup wizard
5. Try to click on any button on Dockbar

Expected Results
Dockbar works (shows submenu).

Actual Results

Dockbar does not work and the error comes:
