Export/import - Web Content images doesn't work if the Web Content was created before the fix for LPS-45541

This is a 6.2 issue only, in 7 the related code was refactored and removed.

Reproduction steps:

1. Set up a bundle with portal-77-6210 (or use 6.2.x with a commit earlier than the fix for -LPS-45541-)
2. Create a Web Content Structure with an Image field
3. Create a Template for the Structure
4. Create a Web Content, upload an image
5. Upgrade to the latest fix pack (or latest 6.2.x)
6. Export the Web Content portlet
7. Set up another bundle with the latest fix pack (or latest 6.2.x)
8. Import the LAR

Result:
The image isn't displayed
