Description
Unable to save asset publisher portlet's configuration when an email address is not set.

Steps to reproduce

1. Add an Asset Publisher portlet to any page.
2. Go to Asset Publisher Configuration > Set up > Subscription > Enable Email Subscription to YES by default.
3. Clear Name, and Address to blank.
4. Click Save.
   the errors are shown that "Unable to save and says "Your request failed to complete", "Please enter a valid email address".
5. Go to Asset Publisher Configuration > Set up > Subscription > Enable Email Subscription to NO.
   the errors are still shown that "Unable to save and says "Your request failed to complete", "Please enter a valid email address".

Expected Result
Able to save without any problems once disable Email Subscription to NO
Actual Result
Unable to save and says "Your request failed to complete", "Please enter a valid email address".
No error is seen in the log. set
