Steps to reproduce:

• Create a new layout of type Full Page Application and select Message Boards to be displayed as Full Page Application portlet
• Save
• Configure the layout again

Expected result: Message Boards portlet is displayed and selected
Actual result: First entry in the drop down list is shown
