Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Liferay > Forms
2. Add a new Form
3. Add a Radio and a Multiple Selection field
4. Go to properties (for each field) and check Predefined Value

Expected Result:
Predefined Value should be a multiple selection Select

Actual Result:
Predefined Value is a check box
